Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: June 8, 2026 | Last Updated: June 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Mirabella is committed to ensuring that our website (www.mirabellatransatlantic.com) is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our services and engage with us on equal terms.

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website and aim to meet the standards set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. Applicable Standards

This statement is prepared in accordance with:

— Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA

— Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public sector bodies' websites and mobile applications (EU Web Accessibility Directive)

— Applicable Swedish transposing legislation (Lag (2018:1937) om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service)

3. Conformance Status

Mirabella is currently working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Where we are not yet fully conformant, we are committed to addressing identified issues as a matter of priority.

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility issues on our website and are actively working to resolve them:

Images with caption-only labeling: Two destination images on the homepage (Amsterdam and Santorini) are currently marked as decorative (empty alt attributes) but are accompanied by visible captions. We are reviewing whether these images carry informational content that warrants descriptive alt text, or whether the caption treatment is sufficient.

Heading structure: The heading hierarchy on the homepage is inconsistent in places, which may make navigation by heading more difficult for screen reader users. We are reviewing and correcting the heading structure across all pages.

Color contrast: Certain lighter text elements may not meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for normal-sized body text under WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A full contrast review is underway.

We aim to resolve all identified issues within 1 month of this statement's effective date.

5. Technical Accessibility Features

Our website currently includes the following accessibility features:

— A descriptive page title on the homepage

— A viewport meta tag that does not restrict user zoom or text scaling

— Responsive design compatible with mobile devices and varying screen sizes

— Descriptive alt text on the majority of images

The following features are in the process of being implemented:

— Confirmed alt text treatment for remaining images with caption-only labeling

— Consistent heading hierarchy across all pages

— Meaningful, descriptive link text throughout

6. Non-Accessible Content

The accessibility issues currently affecting our website are described in detail in Section 4 above. We are working to resolve all identified issues and expect to complete remediation within 1 month of this statement's effective date.

Our website is built on a third-party platform. We are not aware of any platform-level accessibility barriers at this time, but cannot guarantee full control over all elements of the platform's output. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not described in this statement, please contact us using the details in Section 9.

7. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website is built on a third-party web platform and is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies. We have reviewed the homepage for compatibility with the following:

— Keyboard-only navigation

— Browser zoom and text scaling (not restricted by viewport settings)

— Screen reader access to page title and text content

We have not conducted formal testing with specific screen reader software (such as JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver) and will update this section once such testing has been completed.

8. Requesting Accessible Formats

If you require content from our website in an alternative accessible format, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We aim to respond to accessibility requests within 10 business days.

9. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers or encounter content that is not accessible to you, please let us know so we can work to address it.

Please contact us by:

— Email: contact@mirabellatransatlantic.com

— Post: Frances Harlow / Harlow & Co. AB, Bohusgatan 31, 116 67 Stockholm, Sweden

10. Enforcement Procedure

If you have reported an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant supervisory authority.

In Sweden, the supervisory authority for digital accessibility is the Agency for Digital Government (Myndigheten för digital förvaltning, DIGG): www.digg.se.

11. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may also consider contacting the Equality Ombudsman (Diskrimineringsombudsmannen, DO) at www.do.se regarding any accessibility barriers that may constitute discrimination under Swedish anti-discrimination law.

12. Review and Updates

This Accessibility Statement was prepared by Mirabella based on an internal review of the website conducted in June 2026. As we are committed to making ongoing improvements to accessibility, we will review and update it on an annual basis, as well as following any significant changes to the site.

Next scheduled review: January 2027
