Referral Disclosure

Effective Date: June 8, 2026 | Last Updated: June 8, 2026

Introduction

Mirabella Transatlantic may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from third-party professionals and service providers that we recommend to clients. This page explains how those arrangements work and what they mean for you.

What We Recommend and Why

In the course of our work, we may introduce clients to vetted professionals, including immigration attorneys, tax advisors, cross-border accountants, real estate agents, insurance brokers, and other specialists with local expertise that complements our own. We make these introductions because we believe the professional or service in question is well-suited to the client's specific situation. Drawing on our personal experience and professional judgment to curate appropriate referrals is one of our core services and a responsibility we take seriously — we understand the value and importance of selecting the right person or tool for a given job. As such, we do not recommend providers we would not work with ourselves.

Referral Arrangements

Some of the professionals and services we recommend have referral arrangements with Mirabella, meaning we may receive a fee or commission if you engage them. These arrangements:

— Never increase the fees you pay to us or, to the best of our knowledge, increase the fees you pay to the referred provider

— Are disclosed to you at the time we make the specific referral

— Do not influence who we recommend; we would make the same recommendation regardless of whether a referral arrangement exists

Affiliate Links

Some links we share — in our deliverables, on our website, or in our communications — may be affiliate links, meaning we receive a commission if you make a purchase through them. Affiliate links are identified with the label (affiliate) wherever they appear. Where an affiliate link also offers you a direct benefit, such as a fee waiver, credit, or bonus, we will highlight it for your awareness.

Why We Work This Way

Both arrangements — professional referrals and affiliate links — are governed by the same standards: we only recommend what we genuinely believe serves your interests, and we are transparent about any commercial relationship that exists. Where these arrangements generate income for Mirabella, that income allows us to offset our advisory fees, keeping our services accessible without compromising the quality or independence of our recommendations.

Your Choice

You are never under any obligation to engage a provider we recommend or to use a link we share. Any relationship you enter into with a third party is entirely independent of your engagement with Mirabella and governed by the terms you agree with them directly.
